- The Bonterms AI Standard Clauses (Version 1.0) are designed to provide a model for terms governing a customer’s use of AI Features provided as part of a provider’s larger Cloud Service. The AI Standard Clauses utilize defined terms and reference provisions from the Bonterms Cloud Terms (Version 1.0), but may be adapted to work with other agreements.
How do I use the AI Standard Clauses?
- Standard Clauses are individual clauses meant to be used as part of a larger agreement (either new or amendment) between the parties. We provide them to you in .docx format for direct copying and editing. Use them as you see fit.
What's the difference between a Standard Clause and a Standard Agreement?
- Standard Clauses are individual clauses meant to be used as part of a larger agreement between the parties. This differs from Standard Agreements which are full agreements you implement and modify by Cover Page.
What is the "AI Terms Addendum"?
- The AI Standard Clauses show you one potential method of adoption, as an “AI Terms Addendum” to an existing Agreement created using the Bonterms Cloud Terms (Version 1.0). But the Standard Clauses may be used as part of a new agreement you’re entering into or different type of amendment to an existing agreement – it is completely up to you.
