Use the Bonterms Service Level Agreement (SLA) to standardize availability commitments and service-credit remedies for your Cloud Service. The SLA is implemented as an Attachment to the Bonterms Cloud Terms Cover Page.
Steps:
- Review the SLA with your lawyer or legal counsel (see example)
- Incorporate the SLA by reference as an Attachment on your Cloud Terms Cover page (see example).
- Propose any modifications to the SLA under Additional Terms on your Cloud Terms Cover Page (see examples).
- Enter into the SLA when you sign the Cloud Terms Cover Page.
