How to Use the Bonterms SLA

Use the Bonterms Service Level Agreement (SLA) to standardize availability commitments and service-credit remedies for your Cloud Service. The SLA is implemented as an Attachment to the Bonterms Cloud Terms Cover Page.

Steps:

  1. Review the SLA with your lawyer or legal counsel (see example)
  2. Incorporate the SLA by reference as an Attachment on your Cloud Terms Cover page (see example).
  3. Propose any modifications to the SLA under Additional Terms on your Cloud Terms Cover Page (see examples).
  4. Enter into the SLA when you sign the Cloud Terms Cover Page.
