How to Use the Bonterms SLA

  1. Review the SLA with your lawyer.

  2. Incorporate the SLA by reference as an Attachment on your Cloud Terms Cover page (example).

    • Propose any changes to the SLA under Additional Terms on your Cloud Terms Cover Page (examples).

  3. Enter into the SLA when your sign the Cloud Terms Cover Page.
