A Viewer is a Deal Role that provides view-only access to a Deal throughout the Deal Flow.
Viewers can:
- View the Deal at any stage
- Monitor negotiation, approval, and signature progress
- Receive Deal notifications
- Access the Deal from their Dashboard (if they have a Bonterms account)
Viewers cannot:
- Edit Terms
- Approve the Deal
- Send proposals
- Sign the Deal
If a Viewer does not have a Bonterms account, they can still access the Deal using the secure link provided in their email invitation.
