Did you receive a Deal on the Bonterms Platform but aren’t the right person at your company to complete it?
You can easily transfer Deal ownership to the correct person at your company (no Bonterms account required for the new Owner). Once ownership is transferred, you will automatically become a Viewer on the Deal.

To Transfer Ownership:
- Click the Deal Team button on the top right of the Platform.
- In the modal, click on Owner >
- Enter the email address of the person who should become the new Owner (and add an optional comment).
- Click Confirm Transfer
After the transfer, your role will change to Viewer for this Deal.
