The Bonterms Standard Playbook is made available to all Platform Users (including first time Recipients) and contains pre-configured Additional Terms that can easily be added to a Deal by drag and dropping them from the Playbook section to the Additional Term section while in Guided Review.

To access and use these Playbook items as a Recipient, follow the below steps:

1. While in Guided Review, click the 'Playbook' tab on the right hand side of the screen.
2. Review the list of Playbook items to identify the Additional Term you would like to add to your Deal.
3. Once identified, click the Playbook item you would like to add and drag and drop it in the Additional Term section on the left side of the Platform.

If you would like to modify a Standard Playbook item, click the 'Edit' button once it has been added.

Note: If you edit a Standard Playbook item, the 'Standard Playbook' ribbon will be removed from the Additional Term.
