Some Deal actions, such as permanently deleting a Deal or manually updating its status, must be completed by the Bonterms Support team.
Only Admins should submit these requests.
Deleting a Deal
Deleting a Deal permanently removes it from your Organization. This is different from archiving a Deal.
To request a Deal deletion:
- Submit a support ticket
- Or email support@bonterms.com
For the fastest resolution, include the Deal URL or the Counterparty name
Updating the Status of a Deal
In certain situations, Bonterms Support can manually update the status of a Deal.
Examples include:
- Changing a Deal to 'Signed Off Platform'
- Correcting a Deal stuck in an unexpected status
To request a status update:
- Submit a support ticket
- Or email support@bonterms.com
Please include the Deal URL, the Counterparty name and the requested status change
Quick tips
- Archived Deals can still be viewed later; deleted Deals cannot be recovered
- Including the Deal URL helps Support process requests more quickly
- Only Organization Admins should request Deal deletions or manual status changes
