Delete or Update the Status of a Deal

Deleting a Deal

If you would like to delete a Deal from your account (note: this is not the same as archiving a Deal), please have an admin on your account either submit a ticket or email support@bonterms.com

In your email or ticket, please include the URL of the Deal or the Counterparty Name in your email for the fastest result.

 

Updating the Status of a Deal

If you would like to manually change the status of a Deal (for example, changing the status of a Deal from 'Counterparty Reviewing' to 'Signed Off Platform'), please have an admin on your account either submit a ticket or email support@bonterms.com

In your email or ticket, please include the URL of the Deal, the name of your Counterparty, and the status that you would like to the Deal to be change to.
