The Team function allows you to add users and set user permissions to your account on Bonterms.
Note: You must have a Free Account or Paid Account to use the Team function. Only Supervisors and Admins can access and invite team members to your Bonterms Account.
- Navigate to the Team page, underneath Settings (located on the left nav bar).
- Click Invite User on the top right.

Create and Send an Invite. In the modal, input the new User’s email address:
- Choose a User Type
- Add any additional permissions for the User through Update Permissions.
Inviting Team Members in Bulk (Admins Only) - Disabled by Default
An alternate method to inviting team members (for Admins only) would be to use a 'Generate New Invite Link' feature. Using this feature would allow an Admin to send a single link to a group of people to sign up to their Bonterms Account. All team members who sign up using this method will be given a User role by default.
