Your Account Type determines which features you can access on the Bonterms Platform.
Unlike Platform User Types, which determine your permissions within an Organization, Account Types define the overall capabilities available to your account.
There are three Account Types:
- Guest
- Free
- Paid
Guest
A Guest is someone who has been invited to participate in a Deal without creating a Bonterms account.
Guests can:
- Review and negotiate a Deal
- Sign a Deal (when applicable)
- Invite Viewers
- Transfer Deal ownership to another person
Guests cannot access the Dashboard or Organization features.
Free
A Free account provides access to core collaboration features on the Bonterms Platform.
With a Free account, you can:
- Access the Dashboard and keep track of progress across multiple deals
- Invite Users to your Organization
- Use Deal Team to add Reviewers, Approvers, Viewers, and Signers
- Participate in Deals across your Organization

Paid
A Paid account provides access to the complete Bonterms Platform.
Paid accounts can:
- Create and send Deals
- Access all Platform features
- Configure Organization settings, integrations and advanced functionality available with your subscription
