    • The Owner is automatically set to you when creating a new Deal.
    • Can't find the Deal Template you're looking for? Create a new Deal Template (Supervisors or Admin only) or contact your Legal team for assistance.

  4. Click Preview Deal.
    • The Preview Deal screen alllows you to review the Deal before sending it. You can verify recipient information, review the Deal content and make any final updates
    • Need to make changes? Click the Edit button to update Counterparty / Recipient information, edit your Deal Team or make changes to Key Terms, Additional Terms or Attachments.
    • Changes made in this Edit page only apply to the current Deal and do not update the underlying Deal Template.

  5. Add a Message to your Recipient (optional).
    • Adding a quick personal note may greatly increase the chance your Recipient will click to join the Deal.

  6.  Click Send Deal.
    • A notification will confirm  "Deal was successfully created and shared with [COMPANY]." Click Done to dismiss the message.

Save a Deal as a Draft

Not ready to send yet? Save your progress and come back later.

Click Save as Draft from the Preview Deal screen.

When a Deal is saved as a Draft:

  • The Draft is stored in the Drafts section of your Dashboard.
  • All entered information is preserved.
  • You can resume editing the Draft at any time.
  • Any changes made after saving are automatically saved and applied to the Draft (unless you click Discard)

Drafts remain available until they are either sent or discarded.

Resume a Draft

To continue working on a Draft:

  1. Navigate to Dashboard > Drafts tab.
  2. Open the Draft you want to continue editing.
  3. Make any necessary updates.
  4. Save any additional changes (automatically) and click Send Deal when you're ready.

Once sent, the Deal moves to your Active Deals list where you can track its progress.

Quick Tips

  • Use Drafts when you're waiting on information from Legal, Sales, Procurement, or the Counterparty.
  • Review recipient information carefully before sending.
  • Drafts can be resumed and updated as often as needed before sending.
  • Administrators or Supervisors can open, edit and send any users' saved Drafts.
  • Standard users can only view and edit their own Drafts.
  • Once a Deal is sent, it is removed from the Drafts section and appears in Active Deals.
