Note: You must have a Paid Account to be able to send Deals.
- Click New Deal on the navigation bar.
- Select the Deal Template you want to use.
- The Owner is automatically set to you when creating a new Deal.
- Can't find the Deal Template you're looking for? Create a new Deal Template (Supervisors or Admin only) or contact your Legal team for assistance.

Fill in the three required fields:
Counterparty - Name of the company you are sending the Deal to
Recipient Name - Name of the person you are sending the Deal to
Recipient Email - Email of the person you are sending the deal to

- Click Preview Deal.
- The Preview Deal screen alllows you to review the Deal before sending it. You can verify recipient information, review the Deal content and make any final updates
- Need to make changes? Click the Edit button to update Counterparty / Recipient information, edit your Deal Team or make changes to Key Terms, Additional Terms or Attachments.
- Changes made in this Edit page only apply to the current Deal and do not update the underlying Deal Template.
- Add a Message to your Recipient (optional).
- Adding a quick personal note may greatly increase the chance your Recipient will click to join the Deal.

- Click Send Deal.
- A notification will confirm "Deal was successfully created and shared with [COMPANY]." Click Done to dismiss the message.

Save a Deal as a Draft
Not ready to send yet? Save your progress and come back later.
Click Save as Draft from the Preview Deal screen.
When a Deal is saved as a Draft:
- The Draft is stored in the Drafts section of your Dashboard.
- All entered information is preserved.
- You can resume editing the Draft at any time.
- Any changes made after saving are automatically saved and applied to the Draft (unless you click Discard)
Drafts remain available until they are either sent or discarded.
Resume a Draft
To continue working on a Draft:
- Navigate to Dashboard > Drafts tab.
- Open the Draft you want to continue editing.
- Make any necessary updates.
- Save any additional changes (automatically) and click Send Deal when you're ready.
Once sent, the Deal moves to your Active Deals list where you can track its progress.
Quick Tips
- Use Drafts when you're waiting on information from Legal, Sales, Procurement, or the Counterparty.
- Review recipient information carefully before sending.
- Drafts can be resumed and updated as often as needed before sending.
- Administrators or Supervisors can open, edit and send any users' saved Drafts.
- Standard users can only view and edit their own Drafts.
- Once a Deal is sent, it is removed from the Drafts section and appears in Active Deals.
